10. Service changes and availability

The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims in any 12 month period is limited to the greater of EUR 100 or the amounts you paid to us for the service in that period. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

 

14. Indemnity

 

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content or your breach of these Terms.

 

15. Term and termination

 

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms or if required by law. On termination your right to use the service ends and we may delete content after a reasonable period unless we are required to retain it.

 

16. Governing law and venue

 

If you are a consumer living in the EU, you benefit from mandatory protections of your local law and courts. Otherwise these Terms are governed by the laws of United States of America, and disputes are subject to the courts of Wyoming, USA.

 

17. Changes to these Terms

 

We will post updates with the effective date. If changes are material we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
