This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data when you use jabuticaba.app, our mobile apps, and related services.
- Controller
JABUTICABA LLC is the controller for the personal data described here. If we act as a processor for business customers, we do so under a separate data processing agreement.

- Account data: name, email, password, profile details.
- Usage data: pages viewed, clicks, session IDs, referral URLs, device info, IP address, approximate location.
- Transactional data: purchase history, subscription tier, invoices, VAT number.
- Support data: messages, attachments, call notes.

- Content you upload: files, text, images, and related metadata.

Special category data is not required. If you upload such data, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so.

- Retention

Typical periods: account and billing records for 6 to 10 years to meet tax laws, support tickets for up to 2 years, analytics data up to 25 months unless aggregated or anonymised sooner. We delete or anonymise when no longer required.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures such as encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, least privilege, logging, backups and staff training. No method is completely secure.
- Communications
Service and transactional emails are necessary for your account. You can opt out of marketing at any time through links in emails or by contacting us.
- Automated decisions
We do not use automated decision making with legal or similarly significant effects. If this changes, we will explain the logic and your rights.
